Our reusable fabric bags are crafted from high-quality cotton fabric and designed to be gifted again and again. They are available in three convenient sizes:

Large: Ideal for gifting shoes, bulky or odd-shaped gifts, and larger books.

Functional size of the bag: 30x27cm

Medium: Ideal for gifting smaller items of clothing, accessories, sweet treats, candles, stationery, and books.

Square: Ideal for gifting smaller items like perfume, jewellery, candles, soap, and rusks.

GIFT BAGS / KIDS PLAY MAT: Machine washable (cold wash) / Items may be ironed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All our products are handmade and made to order. We do not keep bulk stock on hand. Please allow a 5-to-10-day lead time for production. We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. All deliveries are sent via The Courier Guy, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days after the product has been dispatched.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can securely pay with credit or debit cards directly through our website. Orders will be dispatched once cleared payment is received. We use Payfast, a reputable payment gateway, to process transactions. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number to easily track your delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund. Please inform us immediately if you are returning your order. Return your order in its original condition within 10 days of receipt to receive a full refund (shipping fee excluded).
